Tyler and I are in search of the Ultimate Holiday drink. We've scoured the internet looking for recipes to try, and have narrowed it down to a select few. Hopefully at the end of this series we will find what we'll be serving on December 25th!
Tyler and I are both big fans of the traditional Cosmopolitan, so this time we're trying the recipe for the Clausmopolitan from Garlic-Head.
In trying this drink, we halved the original recipe as there were only two of us. Here are our thoughts.
The Pros:
- Easy to make
- Not heavy or creamy like some other holiday drinks
- Packs a punch
- The crushed candy canes add a great touch
The Cons:
- Didn't love the lime taste on the rim, but I think I just used too much of it
In the end, we both gave the Clausmopolitan FIVE STARS! It was super tasty, and we both agree this is a drink we'll want to sip on all holiday season long. Check out the video below to watch our live reactions!
