Shipping & Return Policy


For now our product can only be shipped within the United States. We hope to add in international shipping soon and we apologize to those of you living outside the US.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on business days throughout the majority of the year. Between Thanksgiving and December 15th, we ship orders within 24 hours Monday - Saturday.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return was not a result of an error we ask the buyer to pay the return shipping costs. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Guidelines For a Hassle Free Return

1. The item(s) must be in original unworn condition with tags still attached.  If your order was received in a box please ship the item(s) back in the same box.  
2. Please take time and care in packaging the item(s) so it will get to us in the condition you received it.  If returned damaged item(s) will be sent back to buyer and no refund will be issued. 
3. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
4. Please include your invoice and/or return authorization email with the returned item(s).
NOTE: Items returned without tags attached or not in original, unused condition could incur a 15% re-stocking fee.  Item(s) must be able to be resold and considered in "new" condition.
